Breaking bread. Spilling wine. Summoning the strange.

Guest chef Travis Goodlet—of The Mulberry Group, and formerly behind the pass at institutions like Vue de Monde and Tipo 00—descends into the kitchen with our own culinary provocateur, Ryan Dolin.

Together, they conjure a darkly delicious menu: neo-bistro wine snacks, hand-cut pasta, and boundary-pushing flavour built on Tasmania’s finest offerings. A feast to unmake the ordinary.

Drink with intent. Our wine list dives deep into Tasmania’s next wave—fearless winemakers embracing wild ferments and low-intervention alchemy. Negroni riffs, filthy martinis, and shadowy spirits. Sip slowly. Surrender fully.
